 Foods to Eat on a Ketogenic Diet 

 

1. Seafood 

 Everyone knows about the healthy fatty acids, nutrients, and minerals found in seafood. Very few of us eat enough. The  Ketogenic Weight Loss Plan encourages the consumption of all seafood. Shrimp and crab contain no carbohydrates, and various shellfish contain only a small amount of 

  carbohydrates.Oily fish, including salmon and sardines, are highly recommended due to their high levels of omega- fatty acids. Fish is really  food for the spirit. Enjoy at  least servings or more of seafood per week with the ketogenic weight loss plan. Plain canned tuna counts as seafood. 

 2.Vegetables 

 Can a weight loss plan that recommends unlimited green leafy vegetables  be as healthy as it is? They're exceptionally low in carbohydrates and full of the nutrients, antioxidants and  fiber we need every day. 

 Green vegetables, which include broccoli, spinach and kale,  are said to reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. Cauliflower and  beets can be prepared to look and taste like rice or  mashed  potatoes, with a lot less starch and carbs. 

  "starchy" vegetables, including potatoes or beets,  have carbohydrates and should be  limited on the keto weight loss plan.

         3. Dairy products 

   a. There is cheese for every taste. They are high in fat at  for energy, high in protein and calcium, and low at  carbs. BCYogurt and cottage cheese are excellent sources of protein and calcium . They are low in carbohydrates and are very suitable for the keto lifestyle. Make sure  makes a plain yogurt triangle, as  flavored houses are high in sugar, as are so-called "low-fat" yogurt variations. You can enjoy yourself yogurt and mason cheese  with some berries and  nuts. 

 4 Avocados 

 Avocados are true "superfoods". They are high in  essential nutrients and minerals, along with potassium. According to one study,  avocados also help lower LDL cholesterol by 22 percent. 

  Packed with nutrients and delicious flavor, avocados  have just 2, grams of internet carbs. Use them in salads and sandwiches.
